Bulldozers Appear ‘illegal structures’ in Mumbai’s Mira Road

The Maharashtra Government on Tuesday destroyed ‘unlawful‘ designs and infringements in the Naya Nagar area of Mira Street in Thane where a conflict between two gatherings was accounted for just before Slam sanctuary ‘pran pratishtha’ service in Ayodhya

As indicated by ANI, the supposed unlawful designs were leveled by the Mumbai Metropolitan Company with the assistance of the police on the guidelines of the Maharashtra government.

On Sunday night, the Nayanagar police in Mira Street captured 13 individuals for supposedly pelting stones at vehicles bearing saffron banners, which were set out toward a parade in front of the sanctification of the Slam sanctuary in Ayodhya.

Police authorities said a horde of 50-60 individuals pelted stones on vehicles that were essential for the parade, while one individual went after members with a blade; 24 people were harmed in the occurrence, while four people supported serious wounds.

Jayant Bajbale, delegate chief of police, Nayanagar, said that a body of evidence against the horde has been enrolled at the Nayanagar police headquarters under segments 307 (endeavor to kill), 341 (unfair limitation), 295(A) (conscious and malignant demonstrations planned to shock strict sentiments), 153(A) (advancing hatred between various gatherings on ground of locale), 141 (unlawful get together), 143 (being an individual from unlawful get together), 147 (revolting), 149 (normal goal in respects unlawful get together) and 427 (naughtiness causing harm of property) of the Indian Punitive Code.

After the episode, weighty security was conveyed in the Mira Street region. Neighborhood police, Mumbai Police, Palghar Police, Thane Provincial Police, RAF (Fast Activity Power), MSF (Maharashtra Security Power) and SRPF were sent nearby, as per ANI.

Extra Magistrate of Police Shrikant Pathak at Mira Bhayandar gave an enticement for keep up with harmony nearby.

“We are exploring the episode. Move will be made against the denounced as it were. I appeal to everyone to keep up with harmony. The Police have made an ideal move. Maharashtra vice president serve Devendra Fadnavis had said that he has been in contact with police authorities over the episode.

“Police have been told to make a severe move against the charged.
