NEW DELHI, Dec 14 (Reuters) – Indian police have recorded psychological oppression charges against four individuals regarding a security break in parliament in which a man bounced into the chamber, yelled trademarks, and set off a smoke canister, a cop said on Thursday.
The significant security break happened on Wednesday, the 22nd commemoration of an assault on the parliament complex when more than twelve individuals, including five shooters, were killed.

Lalit Jha, believed to be the key conspirator behind the Parliament security breach, was sent to 7-day police custody on Friday, ANI reported.
Jha, an educator from Kolkata, had been captured from Delhi on Thursday night, after giving up. The wide range of various five of the six schemers behind the break have proactively been captured, and four of them have been shipped off to police care for multiple day.
