New Delhi: Trinamool Congress pioneer Mahua Moitra has moved the Supreme Court against her removal from the Lok Sabha over the money-for-question charges against her. Moitra was removed from the Parliament last week after the Morals Board of the Lok Sabha saw as her at fault for imperiling public safety by sharing her parliamentary entryway’s login qualifications with financial specialist Darshan Hiranandani.
On Friday, Mahua Moitra said the morals board couldn’t remove her. After her removal, Moitra went after the decision of the Bharatiya Janata Party saying she would keep battling it throughout the following 30 years.
